Mordarin is the quest giver for the Sorcerer quest Legacy of the Magi. He is located in the southwest of Fractured Peaks near the Lost Archives Dungeon.
Sorcerer players will take part in a ritual that goes wrong and receive Mordarin's Codex which unlocks the Enchantment System which is part of the Sorcerer's unique class mechanic.
