Demons have always been the dominant monster family in the Diablo franchise covering a wide variety of beings and creatures.
The Demons are prolific in Diablo 4 the main protagonist Lilith being a member of this family.
Naturally beings such as Duriel and Baal from Diablo2 are also classed as demons.
in Diablo 4, the demon family has been split out into their own families. For excample, the Goatmen used to be classed as a demon but now they are part of their own family and likewise the Fallen.
