Bloodless Scream is a unique Dagger that can only be equipped by the Necromancer and can be found in World Tier 3 (Nightmare Difficulty) and above dropped from monsters Level 50 or higher.
Bloodless Scream can be target farmed from The Beast in the Ice and Varshan.
The Necromancer has access to other specific Necromancer Unique Items.

Changes to Bloodless Scream

- Damage to Frozen Enemies affix replaced with Bonus Intelligence.
- Chill amount for Darkness skills increased from 40 to 100.
- The Unique Power has had the following effect added: Darkness Skills deal x20-x50% bonus damage to Frozen enemies.
