Aspect of the Dire Whirlwind can be salvaged from a Legendary Item at the Blacksmith and it will be stored in your Codex of Power. It can also be rewarded for completing the following dungeon. Visit the Occultist to imprint the Legendary Aspect onto another Legendary or Rare item.

Whirlwind's Critical Strike Chance is increased by 3 - 8% for each second it is channeled, up to 9 - 24%.

Increased Critical Strike Chance per second reduced from 5-10% to 3-8%.
Maximum Critical Strike Chance bonus reduced from 20-40% to 9-24%.
