- Basic Skill Damage increased from 15% to 20%.
- Damage Reduction While Cntrol Impaired replaced with +12 Intelligence.
- Lightning Resistance increased from 18% to 21%.
- Cost reduced from 1,350 Topaz Fragments to 100 and 12,500 gold to 10,000.
- Level requirement reduced from 40 to 30.
