Rallying Cry

Rallying Cry is a Barbarian skill from the Defensive skill tree. Its features are:

Rallying Cry Bellow a rallying cry, increasing your Movement Speed by + 30% and Resource Generation by x 40% for 6 seconds, and Nearby allies for 3 seconds. Damage: Physical Cooldown: 25 seconds Tags: Defensive, Shout

Upgrades

Enhanced Rallying Cry Rallying Cry grants Unstoppable while active. Requires point in Rallying Cry.	Tactical Rallying Cry Rallying Cry grants 20 Fury and grants you an additional x20% Resource Generation. Requires point in Enhanced Rallying Cry.
	Strategic Rallying Cry Rallying Cry grants you 10% Maximum Life as Fortify. While Rallying Cry is active, you gain an additional 2% Maximum Life as Fortify each time you take or deal Direct Damage. Requires point in Enhanced Rallying Cry.

Guttural Yell Your Shout skills cause enemies to deal 4 / 8 / 12% less damage for 5 seconds. Requires point in Booming Voice Skill
