- Critical Strike Damage increased from 9% to 10%.
- Critical Strike Damage to Crowd Controlled enemies removed.
- Damage Reduction While Fortified removed and replaced with +12 Willpower.
- Jewelry Cold Resistance increased from 18% to 21%.
- Cost reduced from 12,500 Gold to 10,000.
- Level requirement reduced from 40 to 30.
