Description
Kyovashad is described at a "militaristic settlement" surrounded by steep stone and large perimeter walls. Access is through large gates via a bridge over a large deep moat.
The settlement is a mish-mash of wooden buildings with densely packed living quarters spread across multiple districts.
Despite it's ramshackle appearance, the buildings offer warmth to visitors away from the colder feeling of the Fractured Peaks zone itself.
