Hydra

Hydra is a Sorcerer skill from the Conjuration skill tree. Its features are:

Grants Player Exploits Condition
Fire Dmg Critical Strike Damage
Burning Dmg (DoT)
Conjuration
Pyromancy

'Creates Condition' means this skill creates this condition i.e it could make a target Vulnerable that other skills can take advantage of. 'Exploits Condition' means this skill takes advantage of a condition, not necessarily of its own making. So for example another skill might Stun and this skill could take advantage of that.

Hydra

Summon a 3-headed Hydra for 10 seconds. Each head spits fire at enemies, dealing 14% damage. Maximum 1 active Hydra at a time.

Mana Cost: 20

Enchantment Slot Effect

After spending 300 Mana, a 5-headed Hydra spawns for 5 seconds.

Damage: Fire

Lucky Hit Chance: 53%

Enhanced Hydra

While Healthy, your casts of Hydra gain 1 additional head.

Hydra also Burns (DoT) enemies for an additional 60% of its base damage dealt over 6 seconds.

After you Critically Strike, your Hydras gain +30% Critical Strike Chance for 3 seconds.

Offensive When your Conjuration skills hit you have up to a 30 - 40% chance to gain +1 Rank to your Conjuration skills for 12 seconds. This can stack up to 3 times.

Bonus:

  • Paragon nodes within range gain + 15% (lvl 1) - 75% (lvl 21) bonus to their Non-physical damage and damage reduction modifiers.

Additional Bonus:

  • Dealing Fire, Cold, or Lightning damage to an enemy increases all damage you deal to them by x 5% for 10 seconds, stacking once per element.

Requirements: 40 Intelligence (in radius range)

Bonus:

  • For every 5 Intelligence purchased within range, you deal +2% (lvl 1) -10% (lvl 21) increased Non-physical damage.

Additional Bonus:

  • For each skill equipped in your Enchantment Slots, gain + 5% Maximum Resistance to that Skill's element.

  • For every 5 Dexterity purchased within range, you deal + 2% (lvl 1) - 10% (lvl 21) increased damage to Burning (DoT) targets.

  • Every Pyromancy Skill you cast or every second you channel Incinerate increases your Fire damage by x 2% for 6 seconds, up to x 10%.

Bonus:

  • For every 5 Dexterity (Barb, Druid, Necro, Sorc) / Intelligence (Rogue) purchased within range, you gain + 1.1% increased Critical Strike Damage.
