Flamescar is a unique Wand that can only be equipped by the Sorcerer and can be found in World Tier 4 (Torment Difficulty) dropped from monsters Level 60 or higher.
To target farm the Flamescar head to the Gaping Crevasse (Map) near Gea Kul to face The Echo of Duriel.
The Sorcerer has access to other specific Sorcerer Unique Items.
