- Basic Skill Damage increased from 1.5% to 10%.
- Damage Reduction While Cntrol Impaired replaced with +6 Intelligence.
- Lightning Resistance reduced from 13% to 9%.
- Cost reduced from 30 Topaz Fragments to 10 and 4,500 gold to 1,000.
- Level requirement reduced from 20 to 15.
