Charged Bolts

Charged Bolts is a Sorcerer skill from the Core skill tree. Its features are:

Grants Player Exploits Condition
Lightning Dmg Stunned (CC)
- Dmg Received
Core
Shock

'Creates Condition' means this skill creates this condition i.e it could make a target Vulnerable that other skills can take advantage of. 'Exploits Condition' means this skill takes advantage of a condition, not necessarily of its own making. So for example another skill might Stun and this skill could take advantage of that.

Release 5 bolts of lightning that course along the ground in an erratic pattern, dealing 30% damage each.

Mana Cost: 30

Enchantment Slot Effect

When you Stun an enemy, there is a 40% chance to release 3 Charged Bolts from them.

Lucky Hit Chance: 20%

Enhanced Charged Bolts

The 3rd time an enemy is hit by a single cast of Charged Bolts, that bolt surges upon impact, dealing its damage in an area.

Charged Bolts deals x 25% increased damage to Stunned (CC) enemies.

Destructive Charged Bolts

Hitting an enemy with Charged Bolts reduces their damage dealt by 25% for 3 seconds.

Accelerating Aspect
Offensive Critical Strikes with Core skills increase your Attack Speed by 15 - 25% for 5 seconds.

Bonus:

  • Paragon nodes within range gain + 15% (lvl 1) - 75% (lvl 21) bonus to their Non-physical damage and damage reduction modifiers.

Additional Bonus:

  • Dealing Fire, Cold, or Lightning damage to an enemy increases all damage you deal to them by x 5% for 10 seconds, stacking once per element.

Requirements: 40 Intelligence (in radius range)

Rare: Sorcerer

Bonus:

  • For every 5 Intelligence purchased within range, you deal +2% (lvl 1) -10% (lvl 21) increased Non-physical damage.

Additional Bonus:

  • For each skill equipped in your Enchantment Slots, gain + 5% Maximum Resistance to that Skill's element.

Requirements: 40 Intelligence (in radius range)
