Shapeshift into a Werewolf and howl furiously, Healing you for 20% of your Maximum Life.

Description: Debilitating Roar and Blood Howl deal 0.5 - 1.0 damage to Nearby Poisoned enemies, increased by x 10% for every 100 Willpower you have.

Fleshrender has a flat damage effect, which scales with power.
